I finished my living room laps last night and went to bed without going over my calorie goal. Win!

As I was entering this morning’s weight onto my tracking spreadsheet, I realized I only have two days (including today) before my next Bod Pod appointment. I was tempted to fall into the rabbit hole of trying to figure out whether my Experiments 1 and 2 have succeeded or failed; it’s not as easy as just looking at my spreadsheet. Body weight fluctuates from day to day, so trying to pinpoint what my “real” weight is and whether or not I’ve lost any over the past three weeks is an almost impossible task. But, I resisted the urge and went about my super busy day.
So busy in fact that I just realized that I’m still short 1,000 steps for the day and it’s already past 11 pm. Needless to say, I am once again writing this post while walking laps in my living room. C’est la vie when you’re trying to reach your goals.
